This table defines some of the attributes and the terms used to describe projects in the Deepwater Horizon Project Tracker.

1	Project Category	Environmental	Projects primarily focused on restoration and/or protection of environmental and natural resources.
2	Project Category	Recreational Use	Projects primarily focused on restoration and/or enhancement of recreational use resources that were impacted by the spill. This may include project that enhance or restore environmental resources that are primarily used for recreational purposes and thus
3	Project Category	Human and Social	Projects primarily focused on restoration, enhancement, and protection of human and/or social resources.
4	Project Category	Science	Projects primarily focused on science, research, and/or scientific monitoring.
5	Project Category	Other	Projects primarily focused on planning or administration activities or activities that don’t fall under the other four categories.
6	Funding Attributes	Controlling Documents	The legal document that describes the arrangement between the parties and/or the funding program.
7	Funding Attributes	Date Awarded	The date the funding was awarded to the implementing organization.
8	Funding Attributes	Dollar Amount	Dollar amount awarded to a project by the corresponding funder.
9	Funding Attributes	DWH Funder	The private foundation, local, state, regional, or federal agency that provided DWH funds to the project.
10	Funding Attributes	DWH Funder Types	The institutional type of a funding organization: Federal, State, Local Government, Private, Non-Profit Organization.
